This game is exactly what it says it is. It's a wonderful baseball simulator, where you can play GM, Manager, or both for your favorite MLB team, or your favorite team from the minors, or many other International leagues. This game is 100% not for everyone, but if questions like "Should I pinch hit for my my pitcher en route to a perfect game with a runner on second, zero outs, with the good guys being down 2-0 in the bottom of the 7th?" intrigue you, this just might be the best money you spend this year.

Not well done.

Graphics and animations are dated at best, physics are extremely poor. And there just isn't much content. If you want to write tickets all day and frisk random strangers, this game could be fun. And maybe that's the point, that being a cop isn't fun. but I don't pay money for games to have them not be fun.

I could really only recommend this game if you are extremely desperate for a game of this type, and are willing to ignore a lot of flaws, most of which aren't very ignorable. I really have no enjoyed this game. I'll be refunding it.

This game does everything it possibly can to make you feel like a badass. It's crazy hard, but once you get over the learning curve, you're well rewarded

It's more Metal Gear than anything Metal Gear has ever done before, with a surprising sense of context.

Worth buying at full price, no doubt. If you pick it up in a sale, even better.

If you're a fan of the Arkham series you will enjoy this game. It is technically an Origin story, but the only real indications of that are in the story, most notably in that Batman has never met the Joker before at the start of the game, as well as Jim Gordon not being an ally to Batman over the course of this story. The gameplay is more or less identical to AC, but honestly, why fix what isn't broken. No game has managed to do a game of this style this well, so I have no real problems with this being a serviceable follow-up to Arkham City.

Graphically, the game is magnificent. The game looks beautiful, and runs extremely well. I had everything on max settings, with AA and all, and never dropped below 60 fps. My monitor is only 60 Hz, so I had it locked at 60, but that shows that the game is properly optimized. Loading times were extremely short, even when not loaded on an SSD, as was the case in my experience.

What the game didn't progress in combat, it progressed in plot. The story is great, right up there with Arkham Asylum, and miles ahead of City, of which a lot of the city is more or less recycled. Is it. the voice acting is universally great, and a lot of lesser known Batman villains get brought to life. While not Heath Leger, Troy Baker's rendition of the Joker hits every mark a self-respecting Batman fan would want to see, and simply steals the show in every scene he's in. I really hope that this version of the Joker sees play time in future titles.

While some people might consider this a little bit of a money grab, and potentially should have been DLC for AC, but I disagree. The play time is quite lengthy for the main story, and there is just as many collectibles as in AC. I've spent close to 20 hours on the game so far, and that was just on the main campaign, which I think is enough time

I know the game has multiplayer, but I really don't have an interest in it, and have not played it, so I will not review it.

As far as AAA games go, it's definitely solid. Is it 60 dollars solid? I personally don't think so (but I don't pay 60 dollars for games, I don't; I only own this game because it came for free with my graphics cards), but if you're looking for an iterative sequel to Arkham City, this is not a bad follow up. If you see this in steam sales in the future, I'd highly recommend it, especially if you could get it at like, say, 20 dollars.
