Keen to put their own ideas across, but Lemhull does not give others the chance to express their view. May be tempted to overlook the input of others. Lemhull responds well when put under pressure – but prefers not to be pressurized all the time. Follows instructions well, but has a tendency to be too literal, and can be lost unless there are firm guidelines. Or sometimes may not take sufficient care to check the instructions before starting. Prioritizes and sequences own tasks and those of other people in the team. Makes sure that the priority tasks are always completed on time.
