I just finished the game, and I can't say this was my cup of tea kind of game, I just felt like Atlus was trying a new style/approach for their games and they did their best but didn't really make it all that good, the main reason why anyone would actually play or try this sequel, mainly because it comes after the main game story, not even the Royal version, it felt a little outdated compared to Royal.

However, I still think it could of been a big expansion to Persona 5 Royal, but well they decided to make it a whole new game sequel, I would of truly loved it, if it kept the turn based style and was more in depth with the social links like the previous names, but then even though it felt so rushed after all of that, the whole hack and slash was just so sour taste for me and I had to endure it for the sake of the story going onward, after you finish the story, you feel like freed from it, which is the opposite feeling I had when I finished Royal, I did a NG+ just to look up the details I missed, Oh yes it has no NG+... manage my time better and all of this, while in here, you simply just feel like done with the game unless you are like die hard fan of the phantom thieves, and you are addicted to mashing and grinding for no actual good reason.

Do I recommend this on the full price as a sequel? hell no, It's too short compared to the main game, and lacks so many features, the only reason I would recommend this, as if you are done with Royal and wishes to know more about what happens next, as somehow they considered what happens in this game canon to the story, even though it has no mention of anything in the Royal ending version, there is no reason to actually bother or play this as your first persona game or even the first persona 5 game, I'm not even sure why Atlus released this version before Royal to begin with, I would take it on half the price if anything, not really the current full price.

Well now that I finally managed to finish it, I will uninstall it and move on, Persona 5 Royal made me rethink everything I did in the game and made me wonder, and this version simply made me fed up with Persona 5 as a whole, with all the trip cringe content, at the very least Royal had that kind of dark atmosphere to it, Strikers was just some kids having fun to the very last, nothing serious.

Well what a shame, another game went to became an Epic games Exclusive.... in reverse.

Having a dark souls game as an actual open world was always a dream for me, I can only complain of the game performance being the only issue that I struggle to play with, especially if I want to try and play online with a friend or help people.

I have spent already around 60+ hour simply just lost the track of the main story or the main path of the game events, just roaming around exploring every ruins,caves and buildings, simply to get weapons armors, skills and what so ever.

I finally decided to go on the main path, and I been highly addicted to just wake up and have some exploring around the game world, I quite recommend everyone to give Elden Ring a try, the difficulty can spike a little at some areas, I can say more than previous Dark Souls series, but it's doable, the game is quite friendly to new souls players who hasn't played previous titles as well. In short this is defo Game of the year.

I will give even a more detailed review about the game as a whole when I finally decide to finish it, which I doubt it will be anytime soon..

Well hell I never thought this game online mode would be SUPER much more fun than GTA online, I been really having a whole other life of immersion last days when I been giving this game more time and bigger chance with med expectations.

Totally recommended if you want to play it with friends, even playing it alone is so much fun.

Before I state why I'm disappointed, I want to say the game is amazing, and everything has huge potentials to be one hell of a superior crafted game if the coming updates/patches fixes the game, I genuinely love this game but there are too much going on now to recommend it, play the game if you have the ability to tolerate the following and tag along with it:

• Tons of wtf kind of bugs. (Lots of clipping, talking dead corpses, etc)
  
• Terrible optimization. (Driving in 3rd person can severely butcher your fps to the half)
  
• Limited Terrible character creation, the only new thing is your "Genitals". (Just plain and simple nothing too deep)
  
• Dumb AI. (reminds me of Fallout 76 enemies)
  
• Too many vague plots. (too many "big names" mentioned with not even a slight hint to who they are, I thought I was kinda crazy and missed something once I got to NC. Seems like I got there and went on a mission with almost no context and was contacted by people that apparently knew my character but have never been introduced. It kinda felt like why is any of this happening and who are these people?)

Highly disappointed, in my opinion a delay could of did this game a huge favor at least it would run better than it does now.
I'm highly not recommending this now, give it sometime till they consider patching the game up, and if you already have it, I recommend playing it a month or a week at least later, simply lower your expectations if you want to play it now, the overhype wasn't all worth it, imho.

This review will change when the game gets fixed and patched up, until then I remain really disappointed.

Addition:
Patch 1.04 literally broke my game and I had to download around 40GB again so my game can work, well that was truly upsetting.

Patch 1.05/1.06 Performance issues are still there and you can't have a stable fps when you are driving or in a crowded place in middle of the night city.

As of right now the game is far better to play than how it was in launch, therefore I'd say the game worth playing as of now, with mods to give you more immersion, still the game has lots of bugs around, and needs better AI etc, there are so much work to be done.

However I hope they really make it.

I was hoping people were just being circlejerks online about this game when it came out, sadly I decided to give it a go and see what is all the fuss about, and oh boi can't even get the game on 60 fps stable even when I have WAY more than the recommended settings, and the game kept sticking to 17-34 fps in whatever settings you sit the game from low to ultra which is so weird.

Not to mention I been trying to get the game to work in coop with a friend of mine and we been struggling for more than an hour to get it to work, and nope there is no success on whatever we made, which is quite disappointing, Game is refunded now, thanks for being a typical Bethesda game.

I would never get tired of how superb awesome this game is, always having the nostalgia to play it one more time whenever it's mentioned, or heard a reference to it.

Dear goodness, I loved every bet of this dlc and how it even connects to the start of the main story, it felt too long that I really wanted it to go even further the story of the dlc kept going even beyond what I been expecting, and everytime I feel it will end more intense events happen to extend it more, until I finished it. A pure masterpiece. Worth every second I played.

The absolute perfection by all means, I didn't get the chance to actually give this game a real go and play it when it came out because I had a weaker PC to run on stable performance, so I did now and I must say I'm blown by everything this game throws at me, I truly understand why people are all hyped for Cyberpunk 2077 now, it simply has everything I wished to see and even more.

By all means everyone need to play this game and give it a real go, try to progress and you will find yourself want to know more and more about it.

A simple masterpiece. Took me 125 hour to finish only the main story, I simply enjoyed every moment of it to the last.
