Update: He tightened the shackles and ball gag after he found out I was asking for help. Luckily I found a way to get the ballgag out of my mouth. Unfortunately he hasn't been feeding me anyways, so I've been licking cheeto dust off of the dirty basement floor. I've contracted multiple diseases and I've lost 20 pounds since I last commented from lack of nutrition. My recent attempt to escape has only made things worse. Now he touches me more often to punish me.
