McDonald's Filet-o-Fish is a somewhat uneven option, I have no word to describe it, it combines a fried fish fillet, McDonald's tartar sauce and American cheese. The McDonald's tartar sauce is something that I have had the opportunity to try on its own, it is certainly good but there are better options in this area, finally I wonder if it is correct to call it a sandwich or a hamburger essentially.
