I bought GTA IV before I bought GTA V. I have beaten GTA V, still haven't been able to get in to GTA IV. Windows Live is garbage.

I played a slightly better version of this game on Facebook 2 years ago. You can either wait forever for things to upgrade, or you can spend some real world money. But I guess this is a good game for those 12 year-olds who have stolen their mother's credit card and want to feel powerful. It makes me a bit sad that this game is on steam.
