Won't catch me playing any other open world survival crafting game, that's for sure.
The cute and familiar looking creatures lured me in, then soon I found myself exploring every edge of the map and actually caring about how I decorated my character's personal house while thinking about how I could make production more efficient.

A real saving grace for the game was all the customizable settings that let you tailor your experience to your exact preferences, even before mods come into play. I had my fun with it, hell I'm even feeling a little nostalgic! I'm glad that the devs understand that people have other things to do, other games to play, and are chill about player counts and other metrics. I hope the multiplayer experience continues to improve, it would be worth it to return to the game with friends.
