Visually, this game is actually very pretty. The environment is well made, effects are pleasant, the UI has polish, even simple roads have a pleasing depth to every groove and pebble. Unfortunately, this game uses every dirty, repulsive micro-transaction trick in the book. No players. Essentially no reason to pay for a single stack of ingame currency ($39.99 for 2000, absurd), you may as well spend your money on a western that actually gives you all of the content up front than this mess. Really a shame the artists put the effort into this game only for it to be completely hamstrung by disgusting money grabbing garbage.

I cannot stress how much everyone needs to play this game, especially vegans.

Sven-Coop: Yes, it's still alive!

Believe it or not, they're still making engine-updates and quality of life improvements, people are still making content for it, and the community is alive in a variety of languages and nationalities.

Probably one of the best and well-rounded cooperative games out there. It's free and runs on your grandma's toaster. Sven-Coop is the gift that keeps on giving, an mystery wrapped in an H.E.V suit. Everyone who likes the Half-Life series, drop-in drop-out gameplay that doesn't demand a lot out of your time, and PvE in general should try it at least once.

My only complaint is that it was over too soon.
