This game has a lot of potential, but it have too much lags when I am on horse and graphic glitch now.

They can, but they're not fully functional yet. That's part of the game being in alpha, dude. You're walking into a party three hours early so you can help decide what decorations and music the party should have.
I'd personally recommend this game, just because the developer is active, listens to his players, and is constantly trying to fix what's broken. I believe this game has amazing potential.

Ok, NPC cannot shoot over wood.

I don't seem to have that issue. I can shoot over wood. I can even shoot through wood rails. I personally love the shooting, and how I can poke just my gun around a corner and shoot bandits while my body is protected.
