I can’t believe they charge $35 for this. I got it for like $5 and even that was a little steep. Possibly one of the laziest deluxe edition packages I’ve ever seen in a game. The costumes are cool I guess but they should have included a dozen more for the price.

the gameplay is a massive step down from previous entries, I don't understand why they keep changing the formula. Universe mode is also not as good as previous years because of the removal of several features. The game is a technical mess, with many glitches and crashes. The entire pay2win myFaction mode is scummy and gross. The graphics are pretty good though, and the roster is probably the best at release any WWE game has ever been in terms of who's actually in the game. It's starting to become similar to Madden and the NBA 2K series where the developers are clearly ignoring the modes people actually want to play in favor of the cashcow mode. 6/10 overall.

These are the guys that made Arkham Knight?!?!?! If it was any other studio, it would be a somewhat fun mediocre shooter with a lot of technical issues and an obnoxious gameplay loop. But these are the guys that made Arkham Knight?!?!? Every aspect of the game is worse than that game, even small things like a horrible hard to navigate map. The riddler stuff is significantly less fun than in the Arkham games, you just find the trophies and pick them up, there are no puzzles to solve or gadgets to use - the riddles themselves are like toddler level "this PLANET sends news DAILY" to scan the daily planet - the whole thing seems like a complete afterthought they tacked on after realizing they didn't have any collectibles in the game. Traversal is obnoxious for every character that isn't Boomerang (the speed force gauntlets are fun). There's a shadow of a decent game hiding in here somewhere, but THESE ARE THE GUYS THAT MADE ARKHAM KNIGHT?!?!??!


EDIT: After finishing the campaign, my review is pretty much the same. The story is pretty cool, so I recommend watching the cutscenes on youtube.

Edit 2: okay it grew on me; but still a very disappointing game. If you like looter shooters a lot it's a soft recommend

Should be renamed to “pro wrestling pack” as it has many non-WWE questions. Several questions are outdated or incorrect. A lot of questions are really easy too if you’re familiar with the topic.
