The OTTOMAN EMPIRE rules with a light touch, therefore the citizens of our newly conquered lands feel relaxed and not pressured by us their new rulers unlike their previous imperialistic and aristocratic rulers, thus preventing us to be preoccupied with a possible rebellion in our flanks and rear and therefore allowing us to mobilize our millitary forces so we can conquer more lands.
