I want to like this game again but the balance is just off. Instead of embracing fun weapons that make you feel good for killing enemies, they nerf them. I get that they want all playstyles to be viable but they do it by subracting fun. Instead of making other items more appealing like we know they could, they simply take away whatever makes your favorite gear fun to play with. I'll return later after some patches and see how things are.
I was soloing difficulty 7 and now I have a hard time extracting on a difficulty 5 mission. For no reason they are making a PvE game so hard on solo players like its unfair to the computer or something. I know there is a patrol spawn rate issue but they promised to roll that change back and do something better weeks ago and they still have not rolled it back.

EDIT: I have to give a hand to a team that listens to player feedback! The game is still plaged with bugs, but they are activly hunting them. It feels like a more complete game now altho some objectives would always be welcome. Recommended without reservation,

You should play Inscryption

I played the free weekend. This is a fun game, I like the objectives and the way its more guided than something like minecraft or other open world survival games. It keeps you bouncing from one interesting spot to another quite well. But you CAN'T charge $30 for early access. at $20 I would say pick this up.

Had this game for 3 years while i waited for it to come out of Beta. so happy with what they did with it i would recommend it to anyone, especially people that dont normally like racing games.
the ability to add your own songs to race to is great and its nonstop action even when playing campaign.
the endless community content will keep you playinf forever as well.
