This game is great. It's one of those games that you always come back to. Like a lot of rogue-likes, Vagante isn't something you will beat on your first try. It will take many hours just to get to the end of the game, and hours to master one of the five currently playable classes.

- The Classes -

Honestly, each class is wonderful. Every class has multiple skill trees and supports many different styles of play. In a multiplayer game you can have up to four people, meaning four of the five classes can be in one game. Knight is a powerful class who heavily relies on strength and going in with a sword for a large amount of damage, and then backing out to defend himself. Rogue is a more fast-paced class with a bow to help pick off enemies from afar. Rogue has a lot of interesting skills such as dodge rolling and throwing his dagger. Mage, however is more of a support class. Mage has many skills like alchemy, that lets everyone see what potions do, there are good and bad potions and there is no way to know what they are without a mage with alchemy. Mage also has a skill tree called "Enchant". Enchant allows the mage to take other people's weapons and apply a special buff to make them stronger. Wilding is a very interesting class. Wilding relies on close range like knight, but is able to combo attacks and deal huge amounts of damage. Wilding is a very risky class, but incredibly rewarding once you master it. Last but not least, The Houndmaster. Houndmaster is similar to rogue as he does damage from afar with a pet wolf. The wolf can be upgraded to support you, and encourages a more safe but rewarding playstyle. All classes are great, and I suggest you try all of them out.

- The Gameplay -

Vagante is a difficult game, and there is a large learning curve. I highly recommend that you play online with someone experienced to teach you how to play the game. There are many traps that lure in the floors, but you'll overcome them as time passes. Vagante's gameplay relies on the accessories that you have. You could get boots that allow you to double or triple jump, a pair of gloves that allow you to phase through walls, even a charm that gives you your own minion to fight for you. Depending on what loot you get in the run, it will change how you play your character, which is always something nice and helps keep the game fresh. Vagante's movement is a bit lackluster, but the combat makes up for it. The combat is probably the most satisfying part of the game. From one-shotting enemies and using your spells to make them weaker, to taking down a huge boss you couldn't beat before, the games combat feels great and fresh depending on the weapons you get in the run.

- The Replayability -

Vagante has a lot of replayability. As I mentioned before, your loot and weapons are random, and along with that, so is every floor. One downside I have with the generation of the floors is that a lot of the rooms and areas are the same once you go through them a couple times. But other than that, the game is great in replayability, and now that a level editor has been added, there are so many more possibilities for a level in Vagante.

- Final Verdict -

You should 100% buy the game. It's a ton of fun and will definitely keep you entertained over a long period of time. I have been playing the game for 2 years, and its always fun to come back after a short break from the game. Super worth it.

This is sorta like a competitive Mario Maker, and I mean that in a good way. Its a great game if you have alot of friends that play. Just remember you will be trolled alot by your friends (if you have any) or just people online in general. Lots of people like to mess up other people's things. It is hilarious and fustrating at the same time. Great game overall. The soundtrack is very nice, the gameplay is smooth, and each level is uniqe in its own way. I have a few problems though, sometimes the game will freeze when you start an online game. It happens to me quite common and I have to restart the entire game. This isn't really a problem just a bug, but it is possible in the party box to pick the same item before it disapears, other than that no other bugs. The game comes with a level editor. You can go online and play tons of crazy levels. Overall this is great and is worth the money.
