Deaths Gambit afterlife starts slowly, you start meeting characters, the world, and the main idea of the plot. It drags you in without you even realizing what has happened.

You start by choosing your class and your gift as is the case in many souls-like metroidvanias. Then you wake up and start the game. This review will not contain any spoilers, and If I do talk about any minor spoilers I will mark them as such.

Classes:
Each class of course has its own style and attributes. However, what I like is that at about the midpoint in the game, you can choose a secondary class. If you select the right stats can make you much more powerful. There is an option to reset your stats after a certain point in time.

World:
The map is amazing, the areas don't feel dead, and even (temporary) dead-ends are filled with life.
The world is very connected and I am a huge fan of that and how areas connect with one another.
It can sometimes be a bit tedious to go from one end to another, however a very clever "faster travel system" exists, as you can ride a horse in an area between areas. After you do unlock a fast travel system. But by the time you get to it, you will know your way around the world.

Fighting:
I don't have a lot to say about it, as on the surface it is simple, however, the simplicity is sometimes deceiving, as there are a lot of mechanics to think about when fighting, and the simple fighting grows into a sometimes very complex set of inputs which allows you to survive some harder bosses.

The story:
Without spoiling the story, I can summarize it in a single word. Amazing. It starts simple, and it grows into an amazingly told story with plot twists and character development, and backstories.
I will stop there to avoid spoilers.

Summary: Deaths Gambit is in my opinion a masterpiece of gameplay, story, and world-building. I cared for every character, even Death who is very likable when you get a bit deeper into the game. I cannot recommend this game enough.

10/10 Would buy it again.

This is without a doubt, one of the finest FPS I have played in a long time. It is very fun with or without mods. It has quite a decent modding community but we will get to that later.

1. The Game-play

When I started playing this game, it had a relatively simple play style, couple of game modes some worked beautifully some needed to be polished up (which happened with the Co-Op mode which went from being my least to being my 2nd favorite with the newest update), but all of them were fun in their own way. You can make a massive battle (if your PC can take it) which would take hours and hours of time, or if you want a quick fight you can fight 5v5 or 10v10. You are also given the freedom to tip the odds to your or your enemies favor. You can make yourself fight enemy tanks with nothing but knives if you want. It is a great sandbox game but it feels like being much much more then that.

2. Gamemodes

There are quite a few game-modes to select from within the game.

-Spec Ops
-Battle
-Domination
-Skirmish
-Point Match
-Haunted

So lets start with the first one.

Spec Ops

This is the game mode that just got a huge overhaul, it now has a lot of things happening at once. You plus 1,2 or 3 additional operatives are tasked with some tasks, destroy a vehicle, destroy ammo caches, kill a commander and such. With the addition of patrols as well as enemy vehicles paroling the maps, it becomes a much more tactically oriented game mode which require you to consult with the map and use your leadership skills to use.

Battle

Battle is a game mode that is basically a huge fight. With 100 or even 500 troops fighting for supremacy of the battlefield. It is the one I play the most besides Spec Ops and Conquest, as it most like other FPS's out there. However even tho it is similar to other FPS's that is not a bad thing, as it tends to keep the fun going no matter the length of the battle.

Domination

This is another game mode that I thoroughly enjoy playing. It has couple of modes in one. One part Battle one part Skirmish, which really works well. Basically, each team has 3 battalions, and after 90 seconds has passed, the team with most checkpoints starts gaining points. The goal is to win of course with as many checkpoints as possible. My advice for this game mode is to make a team and work with them.

Skirmish

The Skirmish is a game mode where you have a battalion which fights against the enemy, once all, or most, enemies are defeated they gain reinforcements. The enemies, or friends, that die do not re spawn, they need to wait for the next para-drop before going back into the fight.

Point Match

The name speaks for itself, the first team to #Insert Number Here# points wins!

Haunted

This is a truly fun game mode, it maybe could use with a bit of a polish, however I have full faith into the developer who has step by step made this game amazing. The Haunted is a wave based game mode, where after every wave defeated you gain a weapon for yourself as well as your team. Really fun mode and I suggest you try it.

Besides all of these, there is my favorite part of this game, and I truly hope that the developer works on this more as it has the biggest potential of all. The game mode is called CONQUEST. It is basically a war game. You conquer territories, you research weapons trying to get ahead of the enemy gaining M4s before the enemy, getting tanks faster etc. In most cases, you can go through all of the maps in both day and night ( make sure you get your troops night vision or you will have a bad time :D ) and feel a thrill of getting or loosing a territory from the enemy.

On a final note, I wish to recommend this game to everyone. Shooting, fun game modes, war game. On the plus side, amazing modding community.

All the best to you all,
Kritcher.

Amazing sandbox game.

You can be a bandit, you can be a king.

This game allows you to be a merchent, hunter, woodcutter and even a miner. All these ways are legit ways to make money.

It is regularly updated and the hard work of the developer can be seen with every new update.

Amazing game 9/10

Enforcer is a simulator game for being a police officer. You work every day and do missions that dispatch gives you, check for drunk drivers check for expired licence plates and such. From time to time you get a "special" crime such as murder robery and assault.

The game it self is not bad, i personaly enjoyed it. But ofcourse it is not perfect and there is room for improvement.
The physics engine isnt really doing its job well but tbh it kinda ads to the fun. The 20 € they ask for the game is a tad to much and i simply do not belive the game it self is worth that much
at this state
but if the game dev's improve some parts of it i would definitly recomend this. I have gotten this game in a giveaway and i am happy with it.

The +'s of the game :

The feeling of driving around as a police officer is really good. You can advance your carrer by doing good things. Ofcourse you can write tickets to the people who did nothing wrong but you get penalized which i really like, since it removes the "being a cop like in GTA" feeling. You can see your actions give good or bad results. There are several "maps" or well, area's inside of the mountain town you are working in and that gives it some diversity. You can get better police cars and you can even have some sorth of a customization when it comes to your police (and the civilan car you can own later in the game (its costly))

Some other features i enjoyed in this game were the fact that you can use comply to make people listen to you, its not one of those meh youre just a cop, you actualy have some respect and authorty as a police officer. There are ofcourse moments where the perp's run away by foot or by car and you have to chase them which adds to the game's action.

Id like to add that the graphics in this game is relativly ok and that it doesnt really kill the good vibe the game has.

The -'s of the game :

Like ive said in the upper part of this review the physics engine is a bit dull, if it happens that you are parked on the sidewalk people will walk all over your car, if you accidentily run someone over you will just slide underneeth them.

Another thing i find bothersome is the "roadblock" with the traffic cones simply stop the car, there is no riding around them and such which i belive would improve the game a ton.

And maybe a bit more variaty in the missions we get since, stoping 20 cars is ok but still. Im sure that higher rank cops dont do that :)

All in all i would recomend this game to people, maybe not for 20 but i do belive that you should grab it if you find it on sale. The 12 hours i have on this game (atm) have been speent by enjoying in the game, and not really being bothered by it.

Also to finish this game isnt for everybody, so do watch the trailers, and do follow it. Since i belive with effort from the dev's this can become a really good Police Simulator.

OK so as the name says, its a game about escaping the prison.

To escape it, you need not only find the means to do so but also find the best route. The game is very fun and addictive, while having a huge replay value since you can escape a prison in so many different ways.

Some cool fetures i found in this game

-Make friends or enemies
Wether you are nice and do missions, or you fight them effects guards and prisoners oppinion of you. Meaning that your cellmates may rat you out to guards, but also may be silent while digging through the wall of your cell.

-Self Dictated Difficulty
While the actual game play isnt hard, thinking of ways to escape, and choosing harder paths can spice the game play for you. Also depending on do you work or no, may dictate wether you will have enough money to buy items needed for your escape.

-Humor
While walking through the prison you will see prisoners talking in repetative but very funny quotes. Its the small things that count!
ps Also in the easiest prison guards act like youre in a hotel, which in my oppinion is really funny.

-Stats needed for crafting
Making the inteligence needed to craft some more complex items also makes things interesting. While its maybe boring to sit in a room clicking on a book or a pc, it ads some limitation to how fast you can actualy escape the prison.

-Jobs
With the game being a prison game, it is nice to see that the jobs were added, hence adding not only way to make money but also way to make some recorces easier to obtain.

-The unknown
The thrill you get when you are "set" to escape. You have your gear, you have the guards uniform. You are ready. You start shoveling, but no, there is a rock infront of you, or an electic fence. Or your shovel broke. There are so many different things that can happen to you while youre in the act of running away, or you even make it but day came, and guard towers spot you and shoot you down. You are cought, in solitary, ploting a new way to escape, making a calculation how much time it will take. Just like youre in real prison.

Really amazing indie game that any logic / tactics game fan should get and try!
