When you think “the perfect expansion doesn’t exist…”, Weaver’s Realms comes along to challenge that notion. This latest DLC for Spellforce: Conquest of Eo directly addresses some of the most common requests from the fanbase, delivering a series of game-changing features that significantly elevate the experience. Chief among them is the introduction of randomly generated maps, a feature that dramatically enhances replayability and eliminates one of the main frustrations with the base game’s finite campaign. No two games will ever feel the same again, especially with the customizable map options that allow players to tailor the generated world to their preferences.

The map generator isn't just confined to the base game experience. It has also been utilized to create new game modes in the form of Scenarios—shorter, more focused campaigns with different objectives and specialized rules. These Scenarios are a perfect option for players who want to return to the world of Conquest of Eo but don’t have the time or desire to commit to the sprawling, dozens-of-hours-long campaigns of the main game. They add a breath of fresh air to the gameplay, offering bite-sized adventures that maintain the richness of the world without the hefty time investment.

Another exciting addition is the new school of magic, Dreamweaving. Without spoiling the details of the spellbook—which is definitely worth discovering for yourself—suffice it to say, this is one of the most intriguing schools yet. It broadens the existing spell arsenal and introduces interesting new tactical possibilities for players to explore.

Dreamweaving also brings new functionality to Mind Slots, which can now be equipped not only with demons but also with dreams, providing non-demonologists with more variety and flexibility in their gameplay.

And let's not forget the new goblin allies! This DLC introduces a new hero with a unique and engaging backstory, alongside a variety of goblin units that bring diversity to your army composition. The goblin units and their abilities inject a quirky but highly effective dynamic into the battlefield, making them a joy to command.

On top of all this, Weaver’s Realms includes a treasure trove of quality-of-life improvements and new leveling options with completely original abilities. These additions polish the overall experience and push the game even further beyond its already impressive foundation. (okay, QoL and goblin unit are included in the non-DLC patch, but the 1.6 update arrive alongside the DLC so I feel it is still worth mentioning here)

In summary, Weaver’s Realms is an absolute must-have for anyone who enjoyed the base game, even if only a little. Whether or not you’ve picked up the previous expansion, this DLC massively boosts replayability while offering a wealth of refinements that elevate Spellforce: Conquest of Eo to new heights. If you’re even remotely a fan of the original, you won’t want to miss this one!

Definitely must-have DLC if you liked the base game!

Awesome new mage archetype offering really differing playthrough. The crafting system is much deeper than it seems at first glance, it needs more future planning and gives great possibilities for various combos. As a demonologist the early-game can be a bit more challenging, but once you discover strengths of your.. minions, you will quickly become unbeatable (exaggeration, the game is not too easy nor too hard and there are many options to adjust the difficulty on your own)
New troll faction brings new powerful units and plenty of exciting quests and storylines with possible surprise..
Demonlords - AMAZINGLY designed, giant and powerful units, but who said you cannot cooperate to achieve your goals..
New effects and level up options, really well thinked out, making tactics and battles more challenging, exciting and sometimes a little randomized (maybe chaotic is a bit better word)
Plenty of new demonic units, awesome design, powerful and enhancing the gameplay even more
Over 120 NEW adventures targeting creating every game an unique experience.

Even I am definitely more of an RTS enjoyer and I usually don't play turn-based games, I fell in love with CoE and I can truely recommend this DLC to significantly refresh and enhance every new playthrough! It was an honour to beta test it ❤️
