If you enjoy boardgames, this might interest you. If you don't like boardgames don't bother.
It has many different characters and maps. Maps have different events (fully customizable up to 3 events of your choice/random). While it's fun to play this with friends you don't need to have any friends playing this, because the game has a pretty nice community and if you don't dislike random people generally you should be able to have a good time with them. Play the game, chat, have fun.
Every player selects 10 cards which get shuffled together for a single deck. You can place traps on the board, use other cards with different effects or use cards in battles. There are some fields which let you battle against weaker NPC foes (there's also a boss as soon as 1 player gets to lvl4). Defeating those foes counts 1 win and a few starts, while defeating (KOing) other player results in them being KO for some rounds (depending on their luck with the dice), 2 wins and half of their stars. You can choose to get to the next level with a certain amount of wins or a stars.
This is the perfect game to relax with others, in my personal opinion most of the music is also pretty good and relaxing (might be more intense sometimes depending on the played characters).
The game is also suited for those gaming nights or whatever you want to call it when you got a few players and just take some games to play in a private lobby with your friends.
If you don't enjoy playing with random people (you could still give it a try and join a lobby to see for yourself, you can just leave if you don't like it) and also don't have any friends who would play this with you, you can also play it alone against the AI. There's also a campaign. But I have to admit that playing against the AI is barely fun at all, since it often seems like the AI had some advantages and always gets the dice to roll the number they need.
