1 head of cabbage
2 dl rice (porridge)
2 carrots
1½ lt water
2 onions
400 -500 gr minced meat, 1 meat stock cube
1 dl syrup, salt, marjoram, white pepper
Instructions
Slice the cabbage and carrot. Add the rice and spices and 1½ water. Cook until the rice is almost cooked.
Cut the onions into small pieces and fry them in a frying pan.
Brown the minced meat lightly.
Combine the onions and minced meat with the cabbage, carrot and rice. Check the taste.
Place in a greased baking dish. Spread margarine on top.
Bake at 175 degrees for 1-1½ hours. The longer the longer, the tastier the cabbage will be. Not at too high a heat.
Enjoy with lingonberries.
