I was not expecting much from this game considering it received such widespread negative reviews. However I played 5.9 hours of it and can honestly say I enjoyed my experience.

Spacebook (an obvious ripoff of facebook) is your outlet in this game, you create a character and basic profile for which you use to communicate with work friends. You can also attend a variety of hobbies and work booster related activities, for which you can meet new likeminded friends.

The aim is to basically work your way up the status ladder via networking. Jumping from job to job, friend to friend, even lover to lover in order to receive money, fame and power. In the midst of this is a story which does give you a lmited time frame, though I found it to be more than enough needed. As for the story It's nothing complex but I don't wish to ruin it.

If you're a fan of dating sim games and the like then I would suggest giving this a try. It may only be a basic game if compared to others of a similar nature but honestly sometimes all you want to play is something simple. The ultimate question - Is the game worth £6.99? It's a little expensive in honesty but if it was in a sale then it would be worth purchasing.

From time to time I am partial to point and click puzzle games and while they may not be thrilling I enjoy the challenge non the less. It was that reason I played this game today, completing it in 2.6 hours.

The good points -
I did enjoy most of the puzzles
Graphics were reasonable

The bad points -
A story line that is silly and virtually meaningless
The one off puzzles come with no instructions which is fine for the most part though some are not obvious
I experienced glitches a few times, I would not be able to click anything - had to close the game and re open (3 x in all)

Even for the price of £1.99 I wouldn't suggest purchsaing this at full price, if you are interested then wait for a sale.

I purchased this as part of a bundle, it was on my wish list for a while but I didn't buy it directly because frankly I wasn't sure what to expect from this title. I have so many games and reached the point where I agreed not to buy any new ones until A - I had completed or at least tried a lot of the games I currently have or B could justify buying it. A bundle had 2 or 3 of my wish list games on so I had to take that chance.

That being said I still had no real idea what to expect from this title as I installed it. I decided to just jump into it, and I'm glad I did.

In simple terms this is a Chinese story of a girl (Han Hui) who decides to visit areas of her past (for reasons explained in the story that I do not want to give away), and upon her journey she meets a wonderous child (He Jia) who claims to be local and aids in Han Hui's adventure. Through their adventure which lasts only a day they help each other with their problems and become very close, though through it all not everything is as it seems.

I really don't want to give the story away so please forgive the basic description. Just know that if you like Chinese fables, beautiful scenery with well drawn images, don't mind slightly broken English and have a few hours spare then this is worth a try.

The translation of Shan Gui is Mountain Expensive....which leaves me puzzled (about the expensive part). I know some Chinese so I double checked but found it to be true. Still, that isn't something to be put off by.

Additional Note - All achievements are easily received. 7 come from the story and 1 comes from watching the credits. So if you are an achievement junkie then rest assured you will 100% this.

This game is very addictive, cute, frustrating and fun all at the same time. A game where your luck comes from the roll of the dice with a little stratergy thrown in. You play as one of a few characters (which are based on level/experience) and inbetween each round you get a little story before the main event. You begin by clicking the left mouse button which rolls an ai dice and you can move as many paces, occasionaly picking which way to turn and continue your run. The goal? One of two choices, either collect stars or defeat monsters and other characters. The fighting is decided by the same click of the mouse and can be boosted by cards (if you have any) that have been picked up around the level. Each goal must be handed in at a spawning point but with members using trap cards, monsters including bosses, transporting squares and those that make you drop stars you can be assured that this game is not as easy as it sounds.

You can also buy items to help your game play (such as booster cards) and the more you advance in level you are the more you can buy. When I say buy I mean via stars you have collected, not with real currency like some other games do. For such a cheap price this is a great game and it offers great entertainment value. I know I will be suggesting it next time my brothers in law come to town. :)

Do you like puzzles? Pirates? Mahjong? Short but interesting story lines? Good graphics? Point and click games? If yes to all or most of those questions then this game may be for you.

It offers a variety of puzzles throughout the gameplay but tends to focus mostly on hidden object puzzles which can be turned into Mahjong if you prefer. Decent story line that remains interesting yet simple to follow and is enhanced by good graphics and decent voice acting.

Story line - You are a curator at a museum and you're setting up a big exhibition with the help of your daughter. After a few 'unfortunate events' at the museum your daughter is whisked away to Skull Island and being held prisoner by an undead pirate captain. Can you complete the puzzles and save your daughter? And what would the captain want your daughter for anyway?

I experienced no glitches or errors of any kind and if I got stuck on a puzzle there is a help button to speed things along.

My total gameplay was around 6 hours which included completion of the main story and also of the dlc. Great if you're inbetween games at the moment and want something to pass the time with or if you have just one day off school/work and want to complete something.

I feel this game is very under-rated and under-appreciated. My first contact with this game was thanks to my local Game store where I picked this up second hand for only £4 (xbox 360) early last year. Within the first 5 minutes of playing I was completely absorbed and I fell in love hard. I've since had to re-purchase the game via Steam for another nostalgic playthrough and I don't regret it one bit.

The game is based in the future amongst a wasteland filled with survivors, mutants, monsters and patrol units, not to mention bandit cars. You play a character that has crashed down to the wasteland from an intelligent craft which pre-dates the war. The war that is, that turned the land into wasteland in the first place. With your andvanced Ark technology implants and a funky selection of arsenal, you play through to liberate the wasteland and help the survivors as best as you can. Shotgun, machine gun, cross bow, sniper rifle and grenade launcher are some of the weapons that the character can play with throughout the game. My personal favourite are 'boomsticks', a boomering shaped object with blades that can be thrown to cut through advancing enemy heads with the chance of the stick returning to you for another throw.

The story line and game start of very well but honestly I found the middle and ending not to live up to the first half. It was good, it was full of action but I just felt there should have been more, a bigger climax. Still I think it is well worth a play for any fps game fans. Plus it also has bonus games inside such as car racing (and fighting) plus gambling games ie cards, dice, roulette. Also has optional side missions.

The Cat Lady is a point and click style game designed for use with arrow keys or wads. The game offers a bizarre yet emotional story line with puzzles (that are mostly straight foward) and randomness with lots of dialogue. The more you play the more you start to paint of a picture of the main character, Susan Ashowrth (The Cat Lady) is a deeply despressed, troubled, suicidal and lonely indivudal who gets hurled into a world of madness, make believe and death.

It took me just over 9 hours to complete my first play through and I believe I would play it again in the future. My playthrough was personal and depended on answers that I opted for during the game. Though for the most part the story is the same there are times that the story changes depending on your answers and replies, this makes for great individual gaming though being similar enough to follow a walk through if needed. Also depending on which way you go you have the opportunity to unlock special hidden achievements.

While this may not be the most active game and patience is a virtue I believe this game makes wonderful weekend playing or in-between games. For some you can feel free to sit back as though you are watching a film, with the odd click here or there as to your dialogue choices. Other times your solving puzzles and walking back and forth trying to deal with Susans new found crazy life. I woulc recommend this game to anyone that is interested in heart felt, moving games that doesn't mind dealing with a lot of dialogue. For such a cheap price I'm sure you will find it worth the chance of playing something worth while.

My largest fault with the game is the repetitiveness of combat. Also it could do with explaining some things a little more such as chained attacks and smithing guides. I would recommend looking at the games wiki to answer those questions, though even that is not a great guide.

I love the idea of the different generations though and I'm currently on the second generation. The story is ok but makes more sense after you read the characters individual bios. The characters are also likeable and I also love the auto feature during conversations so you can sit back and read without having to keep clicking away at the end of every speech bubble.

I believe the game has gained a bad reputation that it does not deserve. Whilst it will not be one of my all time favourite games it is still enjoyable, a reasonable price considering the hours you can put into it and the details ie smithing weapons, creating monsters etc and very re-playable. Basically it's a good game, above average at any rate, but suffers from what I can only describe as a lack of care when it came to finishing the game and ironing out it's creases so to speak.
