If you enjoy old school dungeon crawlers and want a challenging game, LoG2 is perfect for you. Create your own characters, level them up how you want them to, and have some fun.

Do you like Stardew Valley, but wish it was more gruesome? Do you like Harvest Moon, but want to butcher bodies? Do you like zombie games, but wish the zombies were on your side, and also that you could craft a bunch of things? Graveyard Keeper is your game. If you like crafting games, story, tongue-in-cheek humor, and "Just one more turn/day/mission" games, grab Graveyard Keeper.

A great management sim that still shows its early stages of development. The fact that the dev team has a road map and they're sticking to it is very promising, and there are some good bones with what they've created so far. If you enjoy management sims on a smaller scale, like Rimworld, this game is definitely for you.

The game is inexpensive for all the fun you can have with it. If you like atmospheric fear with just a dash of jump scare, this is the game for you!

Doesn't support my joystick to a satisfactory level. Controls are completely awful by default and only barely work when assigned. I couldn't even get the guns to shoot, even after assigning them to my triggers (they were set to the hat by default, wtf?)

Like many of you, I'm an old hand at the Command and Conquer games. I've played and owned all of them, and in multiple incarnations (Original, Gold, 95, First Decade, Xbox 360, PC, etc). So, I had high hopes for this. Especially when I saw the first trailer.

And let me tell you, I knew they were going to do a good job (Petroglyph was involved, and so was Frank Klepacki), but I didn't know they were going to do this good of a job. The amount of care and love that this team has for these games is evident right from the launch of the game, right in the "installation sequence".

The HD graphics are amazing. The upgraded cutscenes lose nothing while gaining everything. The music and sound is crisp. Playing this game is like reuniting with an old friend from grade school that you loved who grew up into an awesome adult and you pick back up your friendship like it's only been a day or two, and not a quarter of a century. Nothing has changed, but everything has changed, and it's all for the better.

If you have loving memories of "Seth, just Seth", "Shake it, baby!", "That was left-handed!" or even just Westwood Chat, then you must. Must. Must. Add this game to your collection.

Did you like Metroid? Like, a whole lot? Wish you could just play a bunch of different Metroid maps?

What about Castlevania? Want to play a game with some nearly over-the-top gore and great sound effects?

Craving that 16-bit exploration fix? A Robot Named Fight is for you!

The Roguelite design works very well with this style of gameplay and the whole game itself has that very indie feeling (as it should, being entirely created by one talented dude), and there is a lot of replay value to it as you explore the depths to find new items, obliterate bosses, and discover the true fate of the Machine World at the hands of the Megabeast.

A friend bought this for me as a present for Christmas. He (nor I) had any idea if I'd like it. It sprung it on me, thinking it was up my alley.

He was absolutely right. Once I started it and got through the short tutorial I was absolutely hooked. If you like Dwarf Fortress, this is an obvious choice.

But if you like Sim City, space sims, city planning games, or "just one more turn" games, then you'll probably like this too. Charming graphics, incredibly deep gameplay, and customizable schedules that really let the micromanager in you out are just a few things to love about this game. And the modding community is incredibly involved and active.

Buy it.
