This is a great game that Fromsoft fans will be familiar with however, there are fundamental differences that will make game play fresh and unique mainly centred around a need for aggressive gameplay compared to the more defensive/reactionary gameplay loop of the souls series. If there was a scale from Action too RPG for the Fromsoft action-rpg model, Sekiro would sit firmly on the heavy "action" end of the scale as there is very little character customisation however the combat is very satisfying, whereas Darksouls would be more down the RPG end with builds, levelling up and differing playstyles. In conclusion, it’s a really good action-rpg that is extremely enjoyable much like all of Fromsofts other titles 8/10.
