can i get my refund please

Can i have a refund I'm appalled at the service you have provided you have said countless times you will get me an account and then don't deliver i would like my refund and then we can go our separate ways. you false advertised your business by saying "lifetime Disney plus" when i have only had it for a month out of the last 5 months when i purchased the accounts. i have tried to not bother you and given you 2-4 weeks per message but you have left me no choice but to send you this.
