I recommended against vic 3 like a year ago because the game was not as fleshed out. I feel like Paradox have added and reworked a lot of the content since my last review. I would say the game is now worth a buy, especially when on sale!

Strated the game... Died by a green slimy hopping thing.
I would reccomend this game to anyone that enjoys punching green slimy hopping thing.
