ngl I bought this game for the memes, and it is actually cheeks, so don't buy this LOL


10/10 for being so bad it's good, but I wouldn't recommend it if you want an actually good game

(also, £39.99 off sale? that's wild since it plays more like a bad mobile game than other games of similar price)

game's pretty good, but if you're trying to 100% it like I am, just know you're going to have to spend quite a bit of time to do multiplayer achievements, which may be hard to get, especially considering there just isn't that many mp players, and there'll likely be even less in the future

currently I have got around ~50% of the achievements at the time of writing this (25/05/25) and have spent a number of days dedicating time solely to the MP achievements - it has taken me around 34 hours to do all of the MP achievements and all of the SnapMap achievements, I have not yet gotten any of the campaign achievements because I decided to do the harder mode first so I can take my time on campaign

The achievements themselves aren't anything too hard to do, mostly get kills with this weapon or this demon, do an emote from this bundle etc. etc. - however, there's several achievements which require you to wear a piece of armour from a certain category, like Robotic, Cyber-Demonic, etc. the latter being the hardest one out of all the MP achievements because it requires to first reach Echelon 8, and then do either a challenge, or wait until Echelon 10 to unlock it through XP means (Echelon is this game's version of prestige, and happens after level 50, when instead of going to level 51, you are brought into Echelon 1 Level 1, etc.) - so as you can expect, you're going to have to spend a long time playing to get enough XP to earn the item(s) required for the achievement

I have around 40 or so hours currently upon finally getting all of the MP/SM achievments, but some of those hours have been spent AFK making food, or doing stuff whilst it has been on in the background without being in a match, so I decided to discount those ones to try to give you a more accurate time on how long you will need to spend in the MP gamemode

you will encounter hackers, you will find it hard to find a match sometimes due to low pop, but all in all it's currently possible to achieve 100% in this game, and for that, I recommend it

I'll update the review once I have finished the rest of the achievements, which may be quite some time :)

it's aight

never played the original so I can't say much about it comparatively, but from my experience with the main game and the DLC: all in all, it's pretty good.

good game, I played with my girl and we had a lot of fun, Jake and Sherry's is our fave

There are some game breaking bugs that still exist in the game since launch and probably won't be fixed, like a door in Jake's campaign that causes player two to not be able to go past a certain area

apart from that tho the game is fun with someone else, I can see it being quite boring if you don't have someone else to play with however
