Quite interesting story, mechanics are almost the same as in AC BlackFlag with some minor additions. Got 99% in about 40 hours. Get the Deluxe Edition on discount. Doesnt worth the full price.

What this game has:
- "STALKER" in its name
- Characters from the original trilogy
- Some familiar factions
- Somewhat interesting story

What this game doesn't have:
- Atmosphere
- Ambient music
- Campfires that make you feel safe
- Interesting characters and side characters
- NPC intereactions
- A living world
- Memorable quests
- Nice and beautiful sunsets
- Impressive Emissions
- The feeling of the Zone

Verdict:
They sold us a game that is named "STALKER" but it doesn't have the feeling of "STALKER".
The only times combat is interesting is in Pripyat.
Stalker ANOMALY is 100 times better and is free. 10/10 would replay ANOMALY / GAMMA again.

A really great game and workshop mods are still being produced and updated. Had a lot of fun playing both single player AND multiplayer. Most of workshop mods also work in multiplayer :)

Its a really good game to practice Sun Tzu's "The Art of War" tactics and philosophy.

You will waste your life restoring byzantine

BE WARNED: You will be playing this game while you are supposed to sleep!

Its a pretty good GTA game honestly !

TL;DR
Fantastic game !!

Have played around 3 hours. Completed 3 missions until now. Planning to play it all!
Feels absolutely amazing. Has the atmosphere of "This war of mine" (with some survival elements in the camp, not much though) and the major gameplay has the feeling of the old "Commandos" game. Runs smoothly, have noticed one minor bug thus far (while picking up a body, the body teleported a couple of feet) but otherwise is fantastic!

Very nice game! Really fun to play with a friend. A huge upgrade over ck2.
