This is a sequel that helps cement the Fear & Hunger series as one of my favorites. Like the previous game, it carries forth a very dark and gritty atmosphere. It carries it forth perfectly though, where it feels like an expression of the story and setting rather than just being unnecessarily dark and gritty just to be as edgy as possible.

Playing the first game isn't necessary for Termina, but I think you'll get a lot more enjoyment out of Termina if you've played the first. It operates a little differently but the overall systems are the same so you'll be used to the combat system for instance. There's also a lot of nice connections with the story of the previous game, even though there's centuries of time passed between them.

Lastly the dev is based as hell. One of the main characters is a trans woman and another is a disabled woman in a wheelchair. There's also an ex-child soldier with PTSD. All of them kick major ass and I think it's amazing to have such a cool diverse selection of characters that are on equal standing with everyone else.

So this game series quickly became one of my favorite of all time. It's the exact right kind of dark fantasy for me. Berserk is one of my favorite manga of all time for a similar reason. It just feels like the exact right amount of grit and gore without being overly excessive for the sake of being excessive. It feels like everything that happens fits perfectly into the world rather than just being some excuse to add unnecessary detail into the game.

That being said, it's not for everyone. Those details are definitely too much for some people, but if that's your style definitely try this game.

Always was a fan of Project Moon, and have played every one of their games. However, due to the raging of Korean basement dwelling Incels they have fired one of their main artists. I find this unacceptable and hope they go back on this decision immediately.

The second in a series of games by Project Moon all taking place in the same setting. It's easily become my favorite game series. Project Moon doesn't ♥♥♥♥ around. They've built an amazing world, and constantly challenge the player. This game takes a drastically different approach than the previous game. They've gone from a monster management simulator to a turn-based card battler. But it plays very well. I think it's gameplay is likely to appeal to a wider audience than the first game, Lobotomy Corp.

The good news is if you haven't/don't want to play the first game, this game will encompass that story well enough in itself so you can start here. This is where Project Moon finally lets you explore and understand more of the City while Lobotomy was mostly self-contained. This is where they show off their excellent world-building skills. Play the game, and don't forget to read the books every enemy drops (they call come with bonus lore!).

The game can still be very challenging, many people claim it's a vertical difficulty spike and it certainly won't stop challenging you through to the end. Much like Lobotomy, I think this game can almost be straight unfair but with the determination you can pull through and continue the amazing story Project Moon has created.

The first in a series of games by Project Moon all taking place in the same setting. It's easily become my favorite game series. Project Moon doesn't ♥♥♥♥ around. They've built an amazing world, and constantly challenge the player. Each game is different, and this one is probably the most unique of the three currently released games. Most would probably consider this game the most tedious of the bunch I think, as it tends to involve a lot of resetting and (what the player might think anyways) is lost progress. The beauty of it though is that if you can push through the challenge, your struggles are perfectly integrated with the story which I think is done masterfully.

Push yourself. Meet the challenges. Complete the Seed of Light. Change the City forever. Nothing will change if you can't keep going.

What can I say, this will be pretty simple.

The game has changed core mechanics more than once, completely altering how one might play the game. I've had the game since near when it first came out, and I certainly miss starting with wormhole tech and the interesting mechanics that form of travel set up. However, I also enjoy the (not so new anymore) wormhole system, and have enjoyed the change in managing pops/buildings to what I view as a much more simplistic approach.

Overall, I think it's a great strategy game and I've enjoyed every iteration of it.

The titles of the game explain everything you need. LISA the Painful and LISA the Joyful will give you feelings all over the spectrum. Sacrifice everything in order to save nothing.

So this has got to be one of the worst games I've ever played. I've tried several different teams and gimmicks and no matter what nothing you choose actually matters. This game is great for those who enjoy illusion of choice. The entire game is settled by dice that you can barely affect by wasting gold on useless items that might only come into play once in five games or so.

If you play single player you've got no chance because the enemy teams always have 5 or 6 skills up on your team. The game literally forces you to play against much higher leveled teams. How are you ever supposed to progress?

If you play multiplayer you've also got no chance because the only people dumb enough to play this game are the ones lucky enough to win most of their games. And at that point they've amassed so much money and skills for their team that they can actually somewhat turn luck in their direction. Again you've no chance. How are you ever supposed to progress again?

Last but not least, your team can just be killed off. Outright dead. You have to then waste even more money getting your team back together. What's worse is you have a limit on your special, actually good team members so you can't even hire extra of them to keep in reserves should you lose someone. If you lose players in a game you've basically lost as it gives the opponent such an advantage.

Horrible game to get into, thank god someone else bought this for me. Good thing it was on sale but they still wasted 6 dollars.

Do you want to be a badass space ninja? You want to be a badass space ninja.

With a grenade launcher, a sword larger than a zweihander, and a cluster rocket launcher pistol.
