I would definitely recommend it BUT I'll only give it 8/10 and I need to point out something. I won't be talking about the good since everyone has already praised when I liked so here's some of my issues.

Because of the cut contents and a good number of bugs I couldn't give it a 10/10. Throughout my playthrough so far I've gotten cutscenes where camera glitches, the models T posing and not doing anything, enemies and items being out of reach when they are obviously not obstructed and two game breaking bug.

One is if you see Lae'zel not standing at her camp try to fix it immediately, she won't be able to join your party for the rest of the game, which has been a pain for me. Another is I permanently had an anti magic field after picking up the flower, even after removing it from my inventory and moving away I still had it.

Recommended ONLY if you are A, into turn back Darkest Dungeon sort of game (not as hard as DD though) OR you're a fan of league of legends story or story telling. The characters are true to their lore and act in character, their voices fit their character and the lore is accurate.

Positive

- gorgeous artstyle
- rich in lore and character interactions are an absolute treat
- music is awesome
- combat is complex with the option to only experience the story
- poros

Negative

- the ult animations look unfinished and cheap in comparison. Everything else has such a good look to them but the ult is a blank void with them in 3D model that looks a little worse than the rest. It's serviceable but it bugs me
- Not a fan of gameplay, I hadn't played a lot of this type outside of a little bit of Darkest Dungeon which I like(I came here for the story) but I just found myself not really getting into it
- bugs are a bit of an issue, not game breaking but annoying

Now after playing this game for forty hours I finally have the chance to write the review. Now, since everyone's been praising the game I'll go with the negatives first before going over the positives.

Negative

- there's no denying that there are a multitude of bugs, most aren't game breaking but things like the menu not working when I alt tab or the horses going invisible really annoys me.

- The framerate drops, many already mentioned it so I won't go into detail but I don't mind it
- the port to PC isn't great, highly recommend playing with a controller
- the lock on and camera is a little janky

positive

- Gorgeous open world where you can go anywhere you want so long as you know how to get there
- satisfying combat with weight
- enemy designs are thoroughly either creepy or epic (or both)
- variety of dogs (you know if you know)

conclusion and thoughts

Overall I'd say it's a good game. A little overhyped in my opinion since the game isn't perfect, however the game is really good and highly recommended for people who like action open world games. It can be as easy or as hard as you want depending on how much you grind and research. HOWEVER Don't expect it to be perfect.

It's a short game that I wished it was longer. As some people've pointed out some dialogues could be improved and it could use polishing but overall this game had a heart, I wish the creator will get the resources needed to either expand or work on something more that'll truly be amazing. All the building blocks are there so the author will do good in expanding on it. Overall love the music, love the art and love everything.
