People go mostly fangay when you say anything about how this game is boring, when it IS boring when you play it alone. Same general mechanics like in Minecraft. Harvest in the day, hide at night if you aren't ready to take on the monsters. Rinse and repeat adinfinitum. Once you get stronger, or use a mod to boost yourself, you get to go 'raid' as they put it. Killing bosses for their loot. But as said, doing all this is as boring as playing Minecraft alone, unless you are using Minecraft to hand build worlds, statues and whatnot which you can't really do in this.

Really good game, still is. Get the fanpatch that's still being updated to this day with new areas and stuff. Also, the game's pretty buggy and may crash at times, so remember to save often and in multiple slots, even if the game's autosave system is pretty extreme on that... And remember to clear the save folder when you are done, lel.

Good game, but very much dead in SEA. Also VERY poorly optimised. I can get over 80FPS on a maxed out Borderlands2/TPS, but on this with nearly the lowest settings (800x600 res even. A.K.A. ♥♥♥♥), I barely get a semi-stable 30FPS and it only gets worse on certain missions. On those, I'm lucky if the framerate is over 10. I believe it's the other reason why it died SO HARD here when only the TOP end PCs can run this. Worse is that the devs don't even bother to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ optimise the game before releasing the DLCs/♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ microtransactions.

Game is good, but the devs ♥♥♥♥ on it hard out of greed, I suppose. Can't recommend this to anyone unless the devs bother to fix it.

Edit: Should mention that I managed to queue for 1 hour and not find a game before. So it's VERY much dead unless they optimise the bloody game.

Some of the WORST platforming controls I have ever seen. Not tight controls, so you'll end up slipping off platforms CONSTANTLY. Also ridiculous tier jumps that require BOTH precision and timing that are a tad random. Only thing good about this game is the art and dialogue, Got it for free, but kinda want my time back.

Might be old, but so much fun. Get it on a sale if you can. And don't take it seriously, it's far from it.

Do note there's a FATAL bug on a snatch mission. DO SAVE YOUR HOOD TAKEOVER FOR ASHWOOD IF IT HAPPENS TO YOU. Otherwise, you are screwed from getting 100%. Otherwise, the game works fine and dandy.
