Story driven walking simulator as people would call it. This game has some psychological horror stuff in it too. Over all i really enjoyed the dark narrative and how it progressed. I recommend this game if you enjoy story based games and have the patience as it is quite slow at the beginning.

Incredible game. Some may call it a walking simulator but its so much more than that! Every story has its own unique mechanics that just feel so right! The game may be a little short but in all honestly it feels just right! I cannot recommend this game enough, it stirred up something inside me that is hard to explain. Love it!

Great for achievement showcases, crap as a game.

What a masterpiece of a game! Very atmospheric, immersive and super story rich! Not as scary as some games but still very very much enjoyable. I recommend you play this game if you enjoy story rich/sci-fi games!

The best recent skating game.

There are always 2 sides to every story. This is a Beautiful game about a young British photographer and an older German father both going to the front line of ww1 for different reasons. The art style is really quite something. While the gameplay may be a little basic at times the story surely makes up for it. If you enjoy ww1 history pick up this story driven masterpiece!

Beyond Eyes is a third person, story rich adventure game developed by Tiger and Squid. This game tells a story of a blind girl that befriends a ginger cat in her garden, but one day the cat leaves and does not return. When her friend does not return she sets out on a journey to find the cat discovering the world around her on the way.

What I liked about the game was the emotional story that captured me from the start right to the finish. The music complemented the emotion in the game and added a lot to the whole experience while not being too intrusive. The painting-like art style really worked well with the discovery mechanic, they both complemented each other greatly. I also loved that the game awarded you with achievements and small cut-scenes for exploring, it really gives you that extra push to go and explore.

Some things wherent so great tho and made the expirance of the game some what worse. The walking speed for example was allright while exploring new areas, but as walking through areas allready explored the speed seemed way to slow and was quite painfull. While the music was great there was a noticible lack of it while exploring, I would have like to seen the music being used a bit more.

Over all this game is great! I think it potrays being blind very well and the story is well thought out and presented. The whole thing comes together with the exploration mechanics. I reccomend picking up the game on a sale as it is quite short and the price of £9.99 is quite steep.(Finished with all achivements in 2.5 hours)
