Counter-Strike 2 is a stunning refresh of the beloved franchise. The shift to the Source 2 engine brings gorgeous visuals, dynamic smoke grenades add new tactical depth, and the gameplay remains as skillful and rewarding as ever. Maps are beautifully revamped, and the performance is top-notch, making every clutch and headshot feel incredibly satisfying.

However, the game’s biggest issue is the rampant cheater problem. While VAC Live aims to combat this, it often falls short, leaving many matches tainted by unfair play.

CS2 is a phenomenal game at its core, but Valve needs to address the cheater issue to truly let it shine.
