Hello KanijeTR,

The issue with the missing secure container and head model was resolved some time ago. Upon launching the game and connecting to the server, you should have received a default head model, and the secure container arrived via an in-game message from Handshake.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused while we worked on addressing the root cause of this issue.
