i got ban for 7 days just because of some hate speech, some player i play with even worst than me, trolling at the start of the match made me lost rank, swearing in game with the mic and keep spamming on the mic, and they choose not to ban them but me. And i dont think my speech is that bad, i mostly use "wtf, tf u doing" only, "U SO ♥♥♥♥♥ BAD, WHY U STILL PLAY THIS GAME or GO KILL YOURSELF" These is hate speech, i dont think mine even a hate speech. And cant even use EA customer service, said bot got some problem and just so freaking bad.
