Very fun game with friends!! Buy it on sale for CHEAP! It's worth it.

I think the points given out at extraction should be based on team effort and not the individual's survival; otherwise you might lose an hour of effort if you happen to die (or get team-killed) and you have to see everyone else get 30-50x more points than you.

Also think the dances are WAY too out of place for this game. Too silly. This isn't Lethal Company.. stick to the realistic vibe and remove the silly dances. Give us more useful emotes/commands/functions instead.

I've been playing this game since 2017 and I still love it even after breaks away. I can't put it all into words in a short review, hence why I haven't reviewed it yet, but I do want to recommend it so I'll highlight my favorite things about it.

This game is visually beautiful. It's incredibly well-optimized so I was able to play it with awesome graphics back in 2017, and it was one of the best-looking games I had ever played. It still holds up! I also LOVE the customization and aesthetics of everything. I've paid for their in-game currency Platinum just to buy drip lol; can't say I've done that for any other game.

There's a huge arsenal of weapons, abilities, characters, and playstyles at your disposal and plenty to explore. You can team up with particular groups of warframes to maximize your gains and achieve goals more quickly, which makes this a great co-op game. It really encourages the cooperation. Even if you have only 1 friend to play with (like I did; I always play with my little sister), it will benefit you a ton and make the game more fun.

I also love how personalized you can get with how you play it. There is so much to do and you can do it all at your own pace, in your own way. You can play this game at a super chill pace as a stress-reliever. But if you want more action, there are options for that too. I love it for both!

Lastly I find the universe and lore of Warframe to be very intriguing, unique, and entertaining. It's so cool that I think it'd make an awesome film franchise. It feels like someone took a big majority of my interests and mashed them together into 1 game. All in a cohesive theme that I can't put my finger on. Just play it and experience it!

I don't think this game is worth $45 in its current state, thanks to them "releasing" out of Alpha with several bugs and untested changes and unpolished content still in the game. I don't recommend throwing that much money at a game that has taken over a decade to deliver something complete. If you can find a much cheaper key for this game, though, definitely grab it.

All that said, the content in this game that is actually complete and polished (locations to explore, building system, skill system, procedural generation) is very good and lots of fun. However, I don't play this without mods anymore because mods can fix SO much of what the devs either ignore or break over time. So I highly recommend putting time into adding mods. It's also super easy to create your own mods too. The community is big and resourceful.

This game is also enjoyable alone or with friends. Be sure to focus on building yourself something aesthetic instead of just a boring simple horde base. The game isn't so difficult that you'll need to over-prepare for every blood moon. But the great thing is you can also tweak the blood moons to make them every 30 days or even turn them off, for a very chill playthrough that feels a bit more like Minecraft.

I'm endlessly disappointed with these developers but I can't deny the game is fun.

EPIC MULTIPLAYER GARBO COLLECTION EXPERIENCE - IT'S ONLY 10 DOLLA JUST BUY IT ALREADY

killed a rabbit and got rocketed 50 feet into the air within first hour of gameplay. immediately reminded me of the rocketing sleds from the previous game. I love the quirks in this game so much.

The real review:
The wait was worth it, the price was worth it. I expect to pour dozens of hours into this game. Within 5 hours of solo play, I've already seen some things that made my jaw drop in shock and awe.

This game is already phenomenal in several ways, but I can't stress enough just how awesome the AI is. The enemy AI in the first game was impressive already - the way the cannibals move, act, and react made it so fun and rewarding to see some walking up to you. They have so much personality despite being your enemy. Now in this game, they've added passive AI (non-aggressive NPCs) that also feel immersive and intriguing. It just makes this game feel so ALIVE and I love it.

If you like crafting & survival, this is for you. If you like combat that feels raw and rewarding, this has it. Unique mechanics, beautiful visuals, great storytelling. This will be one of your favorite games.

I freaking love these developers and their works of art. Game bugs included, because I enjoy finding those hidden gems too.

Only ten minutes of gameplay and I could tell I wouldn't be able to get over the poor game-feel: the sliding feel of the player character's movement, the way the animations don't change when you're strafing (really ruins immersion for me), the terrible melee hitbox I experienced when approaching my first non-tutorial zombie from behind (aimed for the head while directly the zombie, hit nothing), and seemingly no way to change the camera whether it be to first-person or at least changing shoulders or zooming in. I really enjoy tedious survival games like this (the previews were giving me Unturned vibes), but I can't stand the motion and hitboxes and stock animations and poor sound clip choices that take me out of the game and remind me that those aspects were not polished before releasing this. If the combat wasn't fun in my first encounter and was only frustrating due to a stupid hitbox, there's really no point in me continuing. Just wish I watched the videos more closely before buying this, because I can see several of the things I would have complained about. Maybe I will return to this in a few years, but it's not in a state that I'd be willing to pour hours into yet, and I could not recommend it to anyone I know who usually plays such games with me.

I got this game on sale a while ago, and finally played it - SO worth the money, even at full-price I would say! It's got some fun and satisfying combat and a well-told story so far. The dialogue and animations are so funny and enjoyable (the animations are completely hand-made, too!!) I personally like playing games that give you that B-movie vibe: it looks and feels kind of campy, silly, or awkward, but you can tell that the writer/creator put their soul into it and maybe aren't taking it TOO seriously - this is one of those games. It's very unique. I really enjoy it and can't wait to finish it! Throw a buck or two to this mad lad's creation! EDIT: I've finished it and I'm gonna 100% those achievements and get the badge!! Silliest little well-made game I've ever played. CONGRATS GLINPINGI on your first game!
