Attitude and Teamwork
Team communication is very important in cs go in order to win a game. A bad attitude will not help the team and raging at someone who fails to clutch is not helping at all. If your teammate fails to clutch or does something stupid DO NOT RAGE at your teammate but respond nicely and calmly and try to inform them where they made mistake and perhaps offer them some manner of how to improve it and in some cases encourage them. Below are some simple tips for general attitude and teamwork improvement.

Stay positive
If at any time during the game, you say something negative to a teammate, you've officially helped the other team. By saying things like "what rank are you" or "why would you do that" you're just making teammates feel bad about themselves, which won't help them be confident in their play. Say things like "nice try man, next time just play the bomb timer and you'll get it" or "i see you're having trouble at A, why don't you go B for me this round and I'll try to hold that push". There is no instance in a game when you should ever say anything negative to your teammates. And stop sighing into your mic when someone makes a mistake. They know they made a mistake, you don't need to make it obvious.
