I'm gonna start off by saying I really wanted to like this game. I have been having a blast with VR, and with my recent enjoyment in VTOL VR, I really hoped this game would scratch my itch for a more arcade style flight sim. Unfortunately however, the game was (I assume) capped at 30 fps, because I have never managed to get higher than that using a 2070 and a ryzen 7 2700x, and relied on motion smoothing to do the rest of the work.

Although turning supersampling up seemed to help a bit, the visual quality made it very hard to distinguish friend from foe quickly. Additionally, the control scheme on mouse and keyboard are just plain awful. I really think that maybe a controller might be a bit easier to use, however I did not feel like buying a controller to see for myself. If you want a flying star wars game, this may be an ok purchase, but if you have VR and have any intent on playing this because it is VR capable I simply cant suggest it at all.
