CS:GO Review
CS2 ruined the game. Everything has become 10x brighter. New updates are HEAVILY inspired by Valorant, if not directly copied. It has literally become Valorant: Global Offensive.

Game is fantastic and is generally a lot of fun, however due to driver issues I have a hard time recommending it.

When I launch the game, the GSync in my monitor doesn't function, the VSync enabled in Nvidia Control Panel stops working and even the ingame option is a lost cause too. It's dissapointing, but I could live with slight bits of screen tearing.

What I can't live with is Doom Eternal permanently eliminating me from using GSync and VSync in other titles, which is the case here. Launching this game immediately (?)corrupts or modifies(?) my Nvidia drivers which makes Gsync and Vsync not work, at all.

After a reinstallation of said drivers and a remount of my gpu (yes both were necessary, dont ask why, tried both options individually to no avail), it eventually fixes it until you launch the game again.

It is incredibly frustrating since this is a game I would love to play, and my time in it was very much worth it. If you want to risk potentially spending 30 minutes remounting your gpu and reinstalling drivers for some crazy fun shooting crazy creatures, then this title is for you. However for me, GSync is a core function I pay extra for and therefor expect to work in a title this massive.

This game is super immersive. Every mechanic in the game is super realistic and zombies deal significant damage, unlike other zombie games.
Most community servers are really friendly and accepting of new players (most of the time).
Overall the game is good and fun to play, especially with friends.

Just barely finished the story and I'd like to say that this is one of the best games I've played ever.

Let me start with all my compliments:
+Incredible parkour movement system
+Very good graphics. Game runs very well on my 2070. About 150-160 fps at all time on high settings. Impressive for how the game looks.
+The very detailed open-world map this game has is insane. A lot of buildings even have detailed unique interiors which is something a lot of open-world games fail at.
+Genuine enjoyable characters. Some of my favorites died along the way but even more of my favorites stay alive.
+Good weapon system. Get them from exploring the world, killing human antagonists or buying them in shops for ingame money. These can also be dismantled for resources or sold to shops.
+Zombies. Zombies in this game are incredibly well designed. Regular zombies will seem very stupid and slow, although dangerous in large groups. Sometimes they will walk after you and just walk off a building and die. I think this is how normal zombies should be in these types of games.

Things I do not appreciate:
-Story. It's not that the story is bad by any means, but it's lackluster. You'll also have a rather hard time finding your way to objectives. The game isn't very good at directing you.
-Combat. The combat system is good but the outcome isn't. Engaging in combat with an enemy is risky and therefor discouraged a lot. You do however need to do a lot of combat in the main story to progress, mainly against humans. Fighting humans is also a tiny bit annoying since they constantly block and dodge you and they have a ♥♥♥♥ ton of HP compared to you. They also do heavy damage to you. Not to mention big zombies (goons, demolisher, hothead). Dont even think about fighting them without guns. This refers to my original point. (Comat is discouraged)
-Death. Dying in the game doesn't conclude to you losing your items, but instead you losing a big amount of xp. In a lot of missions you will die a lot so this in my opinion shouldn't be a punishment for death. I'd rather have losing xp upon death be a punishment on the hardest difficulty (nightmare) and then have no punishments on the lower difficulties (normal, hard)

Overall, the game is enjoyable and frankly very good. I recommend buying it, if you're into post-apocalyptic games and/or zombie games.

Very good game with a big variety of different towers and strategies. The game is filled to the brim with content and will last you a while, and the game is also updated every now and then. Graphics are nice and the game doesn't require a mad computer, although the game can get laggy at higher rounds no matter your pc. Definently a cop if you're into relaxing games or into the tower defense genre as a whole. 10/10.
