I mean, NPC vehicles seem to just appear and disappear in and out of existence. Apart from that its a beautiful game and car go zoom.

Great game to mess around with your mates, and when playing the campaign it has a terrifying atmosphere

At first i thought this game was great, But after i had played it fom about a couple days, it just became stale, boring and repetitive. Plus i feel the price is WAY too high for a game of this standard

I do admit, I love this games to bits, but the reason i do not currently reccomend this game is because of the hackers. The current anticheat software is ♥♥♥♥♥ and needs to be updated. Also, yes quite a bit part of the community is literal cancer but if you choose the right server for you that shouldn't bother you.
