it's got a lot of stuff to craft but the world is empty and lifeless

The water damming is kind of neat but the game is just so painfully slow

This game is too big for its own good and the endings are pretty convoluted.
But moving around feels decent and some of the bosses can be pretty fun if you're not over-leveled (and on the harder difficulty)
Overall not bad for a sub 10$ game (on sale)

Its biggest flaw is being too much like F-Zero

Short and sweet. Controls well.

The graphics and gameplay are a step above the average indie metroidvania.
But the progression is pretty unbalanced; every boss seems easier than the last, and the finale is very disappointing, both difficulty-wise and story-wise.
Overall still a thumbs up though.

It has some interesting movement but it's still a demo length game right now, mega early access. The roguelite elements are incredibly limited.
