I think the majority of the playerbase has a love-hate relationship with this game.

Thanks to the addition of prime matchmaking the amount of surfs and hackers seems to have dropped dramatically and I haven't seen any in a while, atleast none that absolutely steamrolled our team.

Playing on EU servers has the added problem of a possible language barrier in a game which heavily relies on communication.

Also a relatively steep learning curve for people who have played other FPS games as standing still while shooting and spray control aren't usually as important as it is I'm csgo. Same goes for the fact that camping is natural as opposed to something that's looked down upon.

TL;DR:
- Difficult, but rewarding
- Hard to get into
- Very different to other FPSs
- Possible issue with language barrier in EU
- Git Gud

To be honest if anything it was ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious.

TL:DR
DONT PLAY ON YOUR OWN. ITS NOT SCARY UNLESS YOU'RE LIKE 10
Play with friends, but dont be tryhards, cause multiplayer is too easy. Dieing in singleplayer is actually sort of a surprise, but in multiplayer, you just respawn unless you get revived.

Also, torches op.

This game could end up getting really far and becoming competitive, or not get the attention it deserves due to it's skill floor and ceiling. As people have said this is the next quake, and we know how far quake got. The problem is that gaming has changed a good bit since then, and now, majority of players want a good graphic, brainless shooter instead of a game which requires a decent amount of skill to play and a lot of dedication to master.

I really hope that Turbo Pixel add an in-depth movement tutorial explaining exactly how most of the mechanics work so that people don't abandon the game due to the difficulty of even getting started. It is an amazing game, and it can become a really large game with countless modes thanks to all the movement mechanics.

Its a game which puts strategy into war of the roses, but isnt as good combat wise, its a really awesome game.
