the game creates a nice atmosphere with its immersive environments and detailed dinosaur animations (especially in 4K), but the server situation is a mess. there are only a few official servers, so you’re stuck waiting 30+ minutes just to get in and sometimes you get kicked out of the queue and have to start all over. there’s a lot of waiting involved, not just before getting in, but also once you’re in the game. with no real endgame and nesting feeling pretty pointless the game can get boring pretty quick. the community can be hit or miss too with mixpacking and cannibals everywhere... despite these growing pains, the game shows real potential - the core experience is solid, the visuals are impressive and with continued development, it could become a great game. its can sometimes be more frustrating than fun right now, but the foundation is there.
