I want to sincerely apologize for not listening to your callouts during that crucial CS2 round. You gave us clear and important information, and we completely failed to act on it. There’s no excuse—we let you down, and it cost us the round.

I realize how frustrating that must have been for you, especially knowing the round was winnable. You were doing your part, and we didn’t support you like we should have. I take full responsibility for not paying attention and will work on improving my communication and focus moving forward.
