If you can't hold it back its okay to cry. You're already more than enough to be loved.

All I need is someone to remind me, remind me when I start to slide and turn the tables in my mind. Remind me when I fall behind that sometimes all you need is time.
When people want to see you grow, that is just a chance to spread inspiration. Acknowledge that you are improving everyday even during bad days or setbacks.

It's not about shame anymore, it's about joy and reveling. If i live this way, i wont be regretful.

Allowing myself to feel emotions means that I shouldn't be ashamed to have them, let alone express or cope with them in my own ways as long as it doesn't hurt others or myself. Being human can be a beautiful thing.

Patience and empathy are a virtue to me. There is more to love than what is known to the world, there is flow and strive just as water can have but it must be maintained to stay pure.
