My experience with the beta version has been quite an adventure. First off I want to congratulate CI Games for giving us a chance to try out the game before its release.

Now on to my trifles. This beta has a lot of bugs. Sometimes ledges and climbable areas would not want to cooperate with you. Other times some of the AI enemy and loot boxes would be missing altogether from the mission. Restarting from the last checkpoint would fix this. I also did some free-falling into the abyss under the map twice. More or less this sums up my problems with the beta.
Here's the good part. As a game I was immediately immersed in it. The lighting, music & sound effects all added to that giving me a sense of realism & tension that no other Sniper game has given me before. The AI was pretty smart as well on the default 'normal' difficulty. Thanks to CryEngine the game looks beautiful. My game ran smoothly averaging 60-70 fps with everything set to 'HIGH'. I had no crashes whatsoever unlike some other reviewer's article that I glanced at.

Overall I think that the beta gave me a good example of what to expect when the game is released & I will be looking forward to buying it.

*UPDATE Oct.11, 2016 - The game is playable now @60fps but it still crashes to desktop even after the v1.01 update. I hope this gets fixed soon. Expect more updates in this review as game gets updated.

This is a friggin' nightmare that I'm reliving all over again. I have tried to play the game for over 2 hours so screw my refund !!

Ubisoft is the devil and 2K & Hangar 13 the devil reincarnates. We will never learn to stop buying pre-order crap will we?

Why do you corporate mongers keep doing this to us? Why do you have us pre-order unfinished broken games with limited settings & locked frames? Why do you keep selling us crap?

We pay the maximum price for a Triple A title only to get a game that crashes constantly on all formats (pc & consoles included), causes memory leaks, has low textures, does not respond to setting changes & is capped @30fps on its Day 1 release.

You got your money you overfed, ungrateful, snakeoil selling husslers...now FIX what should have been FIXED BEFORE ITS RELEASE!!

You should change your name from 'Hangar 13' to 'Hungry 13' because that will be your future state when u try to feed gamers ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ !!

Well i'm really hooked on this game ....big time! Mainly because of it's innovative stance. Instead of button mashing your way thru missions like so many other bullet hell games, you have to strategically time your shots so as to avoid overheating your guns. I'm glad the devs took this fresh & unique approach to 'shooting down the enemy', which was something much needed in the already over-saturated world of shmup games.

This isn't a bullet hell game but instead it's cool & calculated hell!

As a backer of this game, I'm ecstatic! This here my friends, is pure nostalgia revisited. They got it just right by bringing us that old school feel, with hard as hell puzzle solving once again. I knew this was going to be amazing when I started looking for my pencil & notepad to mark down some of the puzzles I had to solve. How long has it been since I've done that for any game? I can't even remember! You also have to revel at those beautifully hand drawn backgrounds which look like they came straight out of a best selling sci-fi novel!

This gem was completely worth the price, the trouble & the wait. Kudos to Puzzling Dream & PlayWay S.A. for making this masterpiece a reality and such a truly satisfying experience.

Please tell me you're already working on The Way Part 2!! I'll wait again guys!

You know that downloadable content is going to be good when you wished the game had all these features all along. This dlc is just that. Thank you for listening to our wishes guys!

At first glance I figured 'Oh cool, some new cars to modify & repair'...

...then I saw the custom parts shop. Oh yeah! Now I was eager to see how many ponies I can get..

..then I saw the dyno test chamber. It's back! I started feeling warm inside again...

...then I saw the portable tablet. Thank you for making life simpler...

....and finally I saw the friggin drag strip! Time to beat some record times!

Well, I managed to get 1400+ horsepower on this baby & topped the quarter mile at just over thirt ...well watch the video if you're curious!!

My first time experience with Fragmented was quite pleasing actually. In the first half hour of the game I spawned in some snowy map wearing only my boxers picking berries & gathering wood & stone, literally freezing my ass off and not having a clue as to what my next options were. I gradually came across two more players who were fully armored & looked very threatening. I tried reaching out to both of them thru the in-game chat & told them that I was freezing. One of them was kind enough to light a campfire near their base to help me. All the while, the other player continuously slashed at me with his dagger & shot at me with his rifle quite a few times just enough to barely stay alive. It just goes to show you how much people can differ from each other even though they're in the same tribe, just like in the real world.

Learning the mechanics of the game took me a couple of hours with some help from the chatbox, but I finally managed to get some clothes on my back & some decent weapons in my arsenal so I started getting brave & started exploring new territory & scanning for harder beasts to kill. Overall this game was a good experience & looks very promising. There are quite a few survival games out there to keep you busy but I do recommend you give this one a go with a few friends. It does have a lot to offer for an early access release.

My respect to Degica for bringing us this shmup masterpiece from Cave Interactive. Well done guys. We loved it when you gave us DARIUSBURST Chronicle Saviours and now this! I hope the trend continues.

My only gripe is that this could've been full on awesomeness if it was released in full 1080p resolution.

Fractured Space immediately caught my attention when I saw its superb graphics using Unreal Engine 4. The ships are beautifully designed works of art. The whole concept of taking space battles & adding them into the 5v5 MOBA genre is absolutely amazing & it works so well. There are always online battles going on with plenty of players to keep the fight going. The game's servers find matches very quickly & seem to work seemlessly & lag free. Our team was faced with higher level rival players a few times but the game quickly auto balanced the odds by giving our team quicker respawn times. I liked the leveling up system, hiring of crew & ship upgrades that are available but like World of Warplanes & other similar games of the like, expect to grind if you want the good stuff.

I would like to see more upgrade options for the ships. Another good idea would be to add ranked rooms or ladder matches for future tournament opportunities.

Good RTS game. Runs very smooth, no bugs...(pun intended). Long & challenging missions that will keep you on your toes right from the start.

I phazed out on the story though. How did the threat to the extinction of the human race relate with the bugs? Maybe I missed something. Maybe someone can explain it to in more detail in a comment below.

A shmup with a life story. Very challenging. Good rage level.
XBox controller works well in-game but not for navigating menus.
Definitly recommened.
