Why would Dovetail Games make a 30fps fishing sim in 2020?

*UPDATE:
After the latest update on the 24th of July 60fps was added to the game. I really enjoyed playing the game and the extra frames really made the game come to life. It looks beautiful. Everything moves as smooth as silk now. This is how the game should've looked on Day 1 release.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience getting my brain cells working at a steady pace again. Truly unique puzzles & riddles mixed in with third person perspective make this a must have, must play game.
If you liked the Harry Potter series, well then, this game has that Harry Potterish atmosphere where wits, magic and mystery blend so well together. So get your back straightened out and get your noggin ready to do some out of the box problem solving! Good luck out there!

Easily the most unique item shop game out there as of today. This game is hilariously funny and full of life. It moves at a nice pace. As I progressed, I found I was always wanting more. The learning curve is so easy and simple. Fantastic game mechanics and everything works bug free. Definitely on my recommended list for everyone to play even if you've never played this genre before. Top of my list for 2020!

TBS is one of the best bus sim games out there giving us a unique look at sim games with the addition of treasure hunting adventurees and parts collecting for your dune buggy. Updates keep coming and so does new dlc. The latest addition, the Mercedes Sprinter W906 is a highly detailed & very sleek looking mini bus. Engine sounds are impeccable both in & out of the bus. It works very well with the rest of the environment & existing assets. Beautifully done game TML Studios. Thank you for this.

Fun little arcade phone app type game which challenges your forklift operating skills quite well. I lost track of time playing this gem. I would change the name though as it is not by any means a simulator. Worth your time tho.

Physics are awesome. Fun factor is right up there. I wish we could upgrade our engine & torque settings to make it up some steeper maps in the future. Recommended 100%

This is by far the best, most challenging driving game out there. Get ready to lose control and lose your mind. You think driving is easy in real life? This game proves its not. This game will chip away on your nerves slowly but surely. I love every second of driving on this game because each second I wonder if I'm going to crash an die.

Controls might look and feel clunky at first but once you get them down they are very on point. Car physics are pretty real as well. I noticed that because riding on a couple of worn out tires caused my vehicle to sway to one side at high speeds, which caused me to lose control and veer off the road quite a few times. Changing vehicle parts and refueling also needs a bit of getting used but once you get the hang of it, it's very rewarding. There are locations spread out across the map that might have some canisters of fuel, much needed water for keeping your engine cool, better looking body parts or fully threaded tires for you to change but again like in real life these parts are scarce and far between. Oh btw, there's also burping, farting, peeing, crapping and drinking in this cool title which instantly reminded me of another awesome game, 'My Summer Car'.

About the developer:
This game is developed from one developer. He does get a bit of help from his brother from time to time but he is very committed to making this game even better. He's also very communicative within the Steam community and says he will continue to update and add new features to the game so if you have any good ideas let him know and he might implement them into the game. Just to make things even harder, maybe he can add some oncoming AI traffic for instance. That will definitely raise the difficulty bar up a few more notches!

If you love a good driving challenge then I definitely recommend you get this open world driving game. You will not regret your decision.

Not for the weak willed. This game will test your survival & base building skill but most of all it will test your patience and nerves. The AI host will throw everything they can at you to keep you from staying alive so be ready.

The good: Quick tutorial guides you well to get the feel of the game right from the get go. 3 variations of AI Hosts to cater to different styles of play. Excellent assortment of monsters and enemy to keep you busy. A very challenging 'Ironman' option is included in the game if you want to take it to the next level.

The bad: No multiplayer or local co-op. Building interface can get a little confusing. Aiming mechanics are a little weak and choppy. Graphics, textures, sound effects and lighting could all use some improvement.

Overall this is a solid early access single player survival game and I do recommend it to fans of the genre.
