Cute game, give it a try if you want something like a Fall Guys/Mario Kart clone

Definitely feels like something made from a solo dev lmao, but it's very charming like a 2.5D version of the kinda horror game thing you'd find while browsing randomly on Newgrounds back in the day and get captivated to try and complete, which I'm currently in the middle of chapter 3 so my view may change at the end but so far its been a fun time for what it is.

Well worth your time at full price and definitely for sure on sale if you can look past the gameplay jank and how brutal the first few hours are until you figure out how combat is supposed to be handled and start getting the tools to really mitigate what you lose upon death (and you will die. a lot.)

EDIT: Finished my first run after about 12 hours and I still stand by my recommendation. There's some content also locked behind repeat runs along with difficulty modifiers for those interested in that sort of thing along with several alternate endings, I could easily see someone spending at least 20 hours to get everything which I don't think that person is me, but still there's plenty here to find and enjoy.

More info needed but so far it's pretty all right, really plays more like a mix of JA2 and the recent-ish Wasteland sequels than a pure followup to JA2. It does have some optimization issues, but I'm more than happy to overlook that and other minor nitpicks when we finally have a post-Wildfire JA that isn't mid at best.
