Update: 1.9.2024

Im done with that one. Best game for hundreds of hours, all the good faith in it, everything just right for having a glorious start and a long term player base... then first the Sony enforcement... which was partial taken back... and then... the game died over time due to the constant "need" of devs to balance the 4 player CO-OP game where all 4 players play against NPC. Up to today i have no clue whats wrong with the fact people prefer one weapon over another. why the constant nerv the constant shift and "rebalance" - rebalance what? Having fun with heavy weapons against science fiction enemys swarming you?

Then the "fire patch" to nerf fire to be more "realistic" just before u bring our a warbound focusing on fire... sure... lets "balance for more realism" in a science fiction based game where u fight against swarms of bugs and automatons on planets far away from a united earth with capes in space.... btw the warbound before promoted armor free arms for dschungle planets which u can wear also on ice worlds. Realism baby!

duno.. but if anyone need a "how to turn your community against you" guide, that game has everything you need. And before i have to adapt to the next load of nerved weapons i prefered now above the other nerved weapons i prefered before i move over to something different where Bugs are called Tyranids.

Thanks for the great time but its time to move on.

Dear Helldivers. In record time we could defeat the automaton infestation of high command. The trojan connection to continue accessing our most critical infrastructure has been destroyed - for now - but this is a symbol that democracy must be watched and we have to be on alert to avoid any future infestation of high command for the good of super earth!

For freedome, for democracy - for super earth!

Changed my review to negative because this beautiful piece of democracy now went down the path of the cruel automatons. The high command is infected with a virus requesting every helldiver by force to use a 3rd party Account just to continue fighting for democracy. A 3rd party account that is mandatory just because the automatons sayd so with very trojan like expectations of "safety" to later fail in keeping the given data secure.

My review changes to show my disrespect for this kind of "3rd party enforced" process. This game has a lot of potential, but as long as high command is under siege this review will stay negative. For all new helldivers to come: be aware u will be forced to use or create a 3rd party account for this game which was not needed for months since release and is deffinitely not for any kind of safety reason, cause it worked safe the way it was.

Not a single step for any automaton out there!

Servers are back online and working. So here is my positive 5 cent.

The game has a lot of Bugs, i once lost a mate because of all the bugs. He could not get into the landing ship.

Its up to you to decide what kind of bug i mean ;)

But anyway it was a hell of a ride - until the Charger hit.
