Knigh Club+ is an extremely simple platform fighter with a strong emphasis on traditional fighting game mechanics. In direct contrast to 'smash-likes', this game features a typical health system, directional blocking with just defends, push blocks, and crossups. The lack of special moves and long damaging combos means a match comes down to who has the best control of the neutral and footsies.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of advertising, the community is extremely small and I highly suggest convincing some friends to play with you. The handful of game modes allows you to play in a group of varied skill levels and experience and still have a great time. At $4 (or even $5 once the launch sale ends) this game is an absolute steal.

I am also extremely excited for the developer to expand and perfect this style of game in the upcoming spiritual successor, Duel Arms.
