I've known Jerm since the Fall of 42. We were younger then, but already men at that age. I was the owner of a small plantation, but left it to fight in the war. Jerm was one of the many city slickers that joined up. To be honest, I didn't think Jerm had what it takes to be part of the Airborne, but he fit in mighty well. We were part of the 501st Airborne Infantry straight outta Kentucky. Jerm was our radioman but he was the best shot outta the lot of us grunts. He could give one of em SS guys another nostril damned near 400 yards away using only his flip-sight and his guerrand. Saved my ass plenty of times. But then, it all came to an end when we got Playstation 3's and decided to play BlazBlue. Jerm was still stuck on the PC so he kept playing Medal of Honor or any first person PC port he could. Damned shame.
