Alizée est une chanteuse française née le 21 août 1984 à Ajaccio (Corse-du-Sud).

Après sa participation à l'émission Graines de star, elle est repérée par la chanteuse Mylène Farmer, qui lui écrit deux albums (Gourmandises et Mes Courants Électriques) avec Laurent Boutonnat. Son premier single, Moi… Lolita, fut l'un des tubes de l'été 2000 en France, et connut un grand succès en Europe et en Asie.

Après avoir participé à l'album de duos d'Alain Chamfort (où elle reprend Clara veut la lune) et au single Des ricochets avec une soixantaine d'artistes au profit de l'UNICEF, elle enregistre son 5e album sous la direction d'Alexandre Azaria, alias Replicant. L'album est un retour à la variété pop, empreintée de sons sixties inspirés de France Gall21, sur lequel collaborent Thomas Boulard (chanteur-guitariste du groupe Luke), Adrien Gallo (des BB Brunes) et Séverin. Jean-Jacques Goldman avait écrit aussi deux titres, mais ceux-ci ne figureront finalement pas sur l'album. Le 1er single, À cause de l'automne, est dévoilé en juillet 2012, et la sortie de l'album 5 est annoncée pour le 25 mars 2013

Alizée Jacotey (French pronunciation: [a.li.ze]; born 21 August 1984) is a French singer, known professionally as Alizée, a registered trade name. She was discovered by Mylène Farmer, following her winning performance in the talent show, Graines de Star, in 1999. While collaborating with Mylène Farmer and Laurent Boutonnat, Alizée released two albums, both of which were hits inside and outside of France.

Alizée announced on live chat, 27 June 2012, that the first single of the new album will be released 28 June 2012. The music video was shot the following day (release date still unknown). The name of the single is "Á cause de l'automne" (English: "because of the autumn"). In addition, Alizée also revealed that for the new album she is working with Jean-Jacques Goldman, BB Brunes and Thomas Boulard (singer and guitarist of French rockband "Luke").

Alizée has released her latest album, 5, on 25 March 2013 to much critical acclaim.
