This is the kind of game highly dependent on communication, teamwork and community.
As of right now, theres plenty of people playing, enough to make America, Europe and Russia servers full, everyday.
The developers are always collecting feedback, adding new stuff and testing ways to improve gameplay (Keep in mind, its an Alpha build).

I say give it a try. Kinida "tuff" in the begginning, but nothing that some research wont help.
