With 10 hours in, I highly recommend House Flipper 2 for both fans of HF1 and new builders. House Flipper 2 is beautiful, with more comfortable, intuitive controls than HF1 and far more build options. Sandbox mode is fantastic. With some experience with the controls, which largely carry over from HF1, you are able to create a house quickly but with very fine control over details. House Flipper 2 feels like a massive upgrade from House Flipper 1.

PROS:
- Gorgeous
- More build options
- New style designer & ability to copy materials
- Intuitive controls
- Less motion sickness--camera is a bit more stable and certain tasks require less movement than in HF1
- Sandbox mode is what I've wanted in HF1 for years

CONS:
- Missing some important items like window treatments
- I'd like to see some of the sandbox features implemented in the normal gameplay mode, such as columns
- No Steam Workshop support. Instead the game uses something called mod.io
- Few bugs that I expect will be patched quickly, nothing game breaking (sandbox mode bugs & small changes to your house not being saved after assembly)
- I'd like to see more accessibility options.

Overall House Flipper 2 is more than a worthy successor to House Flipper 1 and I'm excited to see what Frozen District has in store for the future of HF2.
